By using ticketgoneca.com and purchasing our course, you agree to the following terms.

The Course

TicketGoneCA provides a DMV-licensed online traffic school course for eligible California drivers. The course consists of 12 sections, section quizzes, and a final exam. You must pass the final exam with a score of 70% or higher within 2 attempts.

Your Account

When you purchase the course, an account is created for you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with anyone else. The course must be completed by the person who received the traffic citation.

Payment

The course costs $18. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. This is a one-time payment that covers the full course, all quizzes, the final exam, and completion reporting to the DMV and your county court.

Final Exam Policy

You have 2 attempts to pass the final exam. If you do not pass after 2 attempts, your account will be locked and you will need to contact us. The exam is open-book — you may reference the course material while taking it.

Completion Reporting

After you pass the final exam, we submit your completion electronically to the California DMV. The DMV then reports to your county court. While we submit promptly, we are not responsible for delays in DMV or court processing times.

Eligibility

It is your responsibility to confirm with your court that you are eligible for traffic school before purchasing. We are not responsible if you purchase the course and are later found to be ineligible.

Refunds

If you have not started the course, you can request a full refund. Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll process it.

Once you begin accessing the course content, refunds are generally not available. If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents you from completing the course, contact us and we will make it right — either by resolving the issue or issuing a refund.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and the email you used to purchase the course.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
